20. How does the payment process work for your interior design, remodeling, and decoration projects?

  • Our payment process varies depending on the type of project:

    • For interior design-only projects, we typically follow a three-stage payment schedule. We require a 50% deposit at the beginning of the project to commence work. Upon completion of the initial concept and design presentation, we request a 25% payment. The remaining 25% is due upon final design approval and presentation.

    • For construction and remodeling projects, we require a $5,000 deposit to secure your slot and scheduling. Following this, the full amount of material costs is due upfront, varying depending on the project scope. The final payment is divided into milestones, typically ranging from 3 to 8 payments, depending on the project complexity. Payments are requested upon reaching significant project milestones, such as after demolition, electrical rough-in, plumbing rough-in, etc. This milestone-based payment structure ensures transparency, accountability, and alignment with project progress.

    • For decoration work, we charge by the hour. Our hourly rate will be discussed and agreed upon during the initial consultation, based on the scope of the project and the level of customization required. We'll provide detailed invoices reflecting the hours worked and any additional expenses incurred during the decoration process, ensuring transparency and accuracy in billing.
